Bandera have recently announced a significant development of their Customer Care service as a result of their dedication to their existing customers.
Customer fidelity is extremely important to the company and Bandera have recognised a need to provide an even more effective after sales service. It is seen as a move to further contribute to strengthening Bandera’s position as world leader in the supply of packaging and converting solutions.
Their intention is to increase their Sales Support staff and develop the monitoring technology used by their testing and processing teams to communicate with other areas of the business.
Bandera projects and installations in the UK are supported by us here at UK Extrusion, with our own team of engineers working in co-operation with the Bandera engineers. We provide support through the early quotation stages of a project, offering expertise and guidance. This continues throughout the line development stages and into commissioning, training and beyond.
